Decorated with good taste, this spacious and bright 350 ㎡ two story Villa Rinnekaltio was built in 2017 with a walking distance of only 900 m to the services of the Ruka Village. The design and luxuriously equipped villa will even meet the expectations of a demanding vacationer. The villa is also suitable for people with mobility disabilities and you can even find a lift inside. From the windows on the second floor you can see as far as it is possible with a human eye.
The villa is in two floors with beds for 10 people in five separate en-suite bedrooms. You can also get two extra beds (25 €/each) and a travel cot for a baby (incl. mattress and protective sheet, no bedding and linen), baby high chair and a pot.
The rent includes bed linen, hand towels and bath towels and bathrobes.The final cleaning is also included in the rent. Arrangements for pets are made separately. Please aks for details when booking. Using of movable hot tub is not allowed.
Upstairs (1st floor) you can find
- A fully equipped kitchen, with a fridge and freezer, wine cabinet, microwave, dishwasher, ceramic electronic stove, coffeemaker, kettle, toaster and cutlery for 14 people
- Utility room in two parts with laundry machine and dryer, hairdryer, iron and cleaning equipment and also a baby high chair
- A big bright lounge and dining room, with a dining table for 12 people and a fireplace
- TV room, with access to a big glazed balcony that is the width of the whole building
- 3 en-suite bedrooms with double beds (160cm) and TV’s. You can separate the beds into two single beds in two of the rooms
- A big lobby with plenty of hanging space for clothes
- On the balcony there is a electric barbecue (in the summer) and couches
Downstairs (ground floor) you can find
- 2 en-suite bedrooms with TV’s and double beds (160 cm). You can separate the beds into two single beds if you want
- Electronically heated sauna with a window and shower room with two showers
- Lounge/dressing room with a fireplace, including a mini kitchen and a toilet
- Outdoor jacuzzi with a glazed terrace
- 2 drying cabinets
There is also a garage that fits two cars with electronic sockets for car heaters. Possibility to charge an electric car (electricity included in the rent). There is a snowmobile storage and a locked outdoor storage, where you can find facilities to take care of your skis. There is also WiFi in the villa, airconditioner/heater and a vacuum cleaner. The rent includes the firewood.
