An atmospheric and luxurious villa designed by architect Pet Michael for those who want luxury on their vacation. Villa Luna is a brand new two-story, high-quality villa, completed in February 2023, located on Rukanriutta on the Ruka Village side of Rukatunturi. The drive to the nearest ski lift is a good 2 kilometers. The ski bus to the slopes leaves right next to the villa. The walking distance to Ruka Village’s services is 2.7 kilometers along well-maintained footpaths, the nearest grocery store is 900 meters and the sled rental is 800 meters away.
The interior and equipment level meets the needs of even the most demanding guests. You are on vacation and we offer a framework worthy of your free time. The slopes of Rukatunturi can be seen from the windows and terrace on the second floor.
The villa has two floors. Upstairs there are sleeping places for 10 people in five separate bedrooms. In two bed rooms there are a “balcony” with two extra beds (a normal frame mattress without legs). There are three bathrooms and toilets (two upstairs, one downstairs). For a small child, a travel bed, a highchair and a potty are available. The rent includes bed linen, bath and hand towels and bathrobes. Bed linen etc. 25 € per extra bed. Final cleaning is also included in the rent. Pets are not allowed. Using of movable hot tub is not allowed.
Upstairs there are
A fully equipped kitchen, where you can find e.g. refrigerator, freezer, wine cabinet, microwave, dishwasher, ceramic electric stove, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and cutlery for 14 people.
A large over 70 m² (750 ft2) bright combined living and dining area with a large dining table for 12 people and a fireplace and access to a large terrace that runs the length of the building. A large sofa in the living room, which can accommodate 10-15 people at the same time if necessary.
5 bedrooms with double beds (160 cm). The beds in all bedrooms can be separated if necessary. All rooms have TV and wardrobes.

Downstairs there is
A spacious entrance hall with plenty of coat rack space for the clothes of even a larger party.
A spacious sauna section with an electrically heated 7-8 person sauna with a window, a washroom with two showers and a spacious dressing room with a drinks cabinet. Access to the large terrace from the dressing room. A jacuzzi for 6 persons in the terrace.
Utility room with drying cabinet, washing machine, tumble dryer, hair dryer, iron and cleaning equipment, a high chair and a potty.
The villa also has a two-car heated garage with electrical outlets. The garage has places for skis and other items that require warm storage. The villa’s equipment also includes free wireless internet access and mechanical ventilation. The rent includes firewood as well.
