Villa Vista is located about 3 km south from the center of Fuengirola, Spain, on a secured gated community called Higueron West 217 (on the border of Fuengirola and Benalmadena). Higueron West 217 is a five-star luxury estate, with things to do for everybody and all age groups. The area also includes a Hilton Hotel with its many restaurants (including one Michelin Star restaurant) and spas, among other services. Especially sports lovers will find loads of things to do in this area. There are also shopping centers, amusement and water parks and a zoo nearby the area. The nearest grocery store is located within less than 1 km. Working from home is also made possible here with a great co-working space with its services. 

The whole Higueron West 217 area is eco-friendly. There are huge green areas, with picnic and play areas, bicycle course, different walking routes and vegetable and herb gardens. A pet park can also be found here. You can also hire electric cars and bikes.

The trip from Malaga Airport is only 15 minutes (about 15 km) and the area has its own junction (217) from the motorway (AP 7). The closest train station is Carvajal, which is 1 km away. The centre of Fuengirola is 3 km away and the centre of Malaga is 30 km away. The beach is only 1 km away from the area, and you can also get there free of charge on a shuttle bus that goes around the area. Benalmadena’s beautiful harbor is 8 km away and Marbella is 36 km away. 

THE APARTMENT

This apartment is located on the ground floor, with a back garden. The garden is protected with a hedge fence, but you still have views to the mountains and a little to the beach on the south and south west. The swimming pools are within 30 m. 

The apartment living area is 78 m2 and the whole surface area is 92 m2. In addition the apartment has a front porch 15 m2, decked terrace on the back 41m2 and a grass area 54 m2.

This apartment sleeps 4 + 2: two bedrooms, both with a double bed (motorized and separable). In the living room you can find a sofa bed that sleeps 2 people.There is also a travel cot for a baby (incl. mattress and protective sheet, no bedding and linen).

Mainly the rental period is for short term (min five days and max two weeks) when the rent includes electricity, water and WiFi. Long term rental period will be agreed separately. 

The rent includes also bed linen, hand towels and bath towels for four people. Extra beds with sheets and towels are 30 €/ each. Final cleaning is included in the rent. Arrangements for pets are made separately, they are allowed for an additional 100 euros (this covers the additional cleaning). Please ask for details when booking.

  • There are two bathrooms with showers and toilets next to the bedrooms. The bedroom windows have blackout blinds and mosquito nets. 
  • The living room is an open space with a kitchen and dining area (table for 6 people). It has a Smart-TV and a Bluetooth speaker. The exit is through the glass doors out to the deck. Electric blackout blinds and mosquito nets. 
  • The deck has a dining table and a sofa area, lounge chairs and a gas grill.
  • There is a possibility to use (50 € per rental period) a parking spot underneath the building in the parking hall. The lift will take you there straight from the ground floor. The parking hall has chargers for your electric car. The cost of electricity is included in the rent of max two weeks period.

  • The modern kitchen has a dishwasher, fridge and freezer, microwave, oven, induction stove, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and cutlery for 6 people. 
  • Water here is drinkable thanks to the water purifier, limescale remover and water softener systems. 
  • The amenities include WiFi (included in rent lasting under a month), washing machine (incl. dryer), hoover, ironing board, two hairdryers and cleaning equipment and a high chair and a pot for a small child. 
  • You also have four padel rackets and two tennis rackets with balls, water toys and yard games. 
  • The indoor lights have dimmers. The garden has lights too. 
  • Air conditioner. Fire detectors. Soundproof walls between apartments.
